Cosy Oaks Cottage

Cosy Oaks Cottage is a one-of-a-kind handmade tree stump dollhouse complete with miniature furniture, cosy lighting, and a little sleeping mouse. This cosy treehouse is perfect for Sylvanian families, fairies, woodland creatures, or miniature dolls.

The house is completely unique and handcrafted by me using a mixture of wood, clay, real stone, and other materials.

Ground floor: A cosy living room and little kitchen area with real stone flooring.
First floor: Bedroom with real wooden floorboards, individually cut, sanded, and stained by hand.

The house includes two battery-operated lights with small switches on the side, creating a warm and magical glow at night.

The house comes fully furnished, and most pieces can be moved around so you can restyle the house or add your own miniatures. Only a few shelf items are fixed in place to stop them from falling off.

The little sleeping mouse is included, which is handmade by me from polymer clay and hand-painted.

📏 Size & Scale:
Approx. 60cm tall
50cm × 50cm wooden base

🌳 Outside:
The bark exterior is handcrafted from air dry clay, painted in several layers, and varnished for durability, while the base is decorated with artificial moss, ivy, and a few hand-painted toadstools.

🌦️ Care:
For indoor use only. Can be placed outside temporarily on a dry day, but not suitable for damp or wet conditions and would need to be stored indoors overnight.

⚠️ Please note:
My treehouses are designed with the adult collector in mind, and are not intended as toys. They contain small parts, magnets, and batteries, and should be kept away from young children (and pets) due to small parts which may present a choking hazard or be harmful if swallowed. Recommended for ages 14+.
