Fairy garden kits, sleeping mice and other smaller items:

I aim to dispatch these orders within 2 working days.

At checkout, you can choose between:

• Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £3.95
Usually aims to arrive within 2 working days after dispatch.
• Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £4.95
Usually aims to arrive within 1 working day after dispatch.

These are Royal Mail's delivery aims rather than guaranteed delivery times, and occasionally there may be delays outside my control.

Treehouses

My treehouses take a little longer to prepare and pack carefully. Please allow up to 5 working days for dispatch.

UK delivery is free on all treehouses.

I use whichever courier is best suited to the size of your treehouse, and your order will be sent using a tracked service. Delivery times will depend on the courier used.

Need your order by a particular date?

If you're ordering for a birthday, a special occasion or a gift, please feel free to get in touch before ordering. I'll always do my best to help.

International delivery

I currently only deliver within the UK.

A little note about your delivery

I take great care when packing every order, but once your parcel has been handed to the courier, delays can occasionally happen that are outside my control.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs of the item and its packaging, and I'll be happy to help.
