🌸 Beautiful Handmade Treehouse Dollshouse 🌸

Chestnut Cottage is a one-of-a-kind large handmade treehouse dollhouse designed as a magical cross-section of a tree, revealing all the cosy miniature rooms inside. Perfect for Sylvanian families, fairies, woodland creatures or miniature dolls.

🪵 The Details:
The house is handcrafted from a mixture of wood, clay, stone, and other carefully selected materials, with every detail made and painted by hand.

Ground floor: Real stone flooring – ideal for a kitchen or cosy living space.
First floor: Sanded and stained real wooden floorboards.
Second floor: Bathroom with blue mosaic tile flooring.
Top floor: Bedroom with soft pink carpet and a little doorway leading to a stone-floored balcony.

Each room has a working battery-operated light with a small switch on the side. The lights attach with magnets, making them easy to remove when changing batteries.

The house comes unfurnished, ready for you to decorate with your own miniature furniture and accessories.

📏 Size & Scale:
Approx. 77cm tall
50cm × 50cm wooden base

Best suited to 1:16 (Sylvanian size) or 1:24 scale furniture, while also accommodating some smaller 1:12 scale items.

🌳 The Outside:
The tree bark exterior is built up in several hand-painted layers and sealed with varnish for durability. Decorated with artificial moss, ivy, grass, and delicate pink cherry blossom.

🌦️ Care:
For indoor use only. Can be placed outside temporarily on a dry day, but should be stored indoors overnight. Not waterproof or condensation-proof.

They contain small parts, magnets, and batteries, and should be kept away from young children (and pets) due to small parts which may present a choking hazard or be harmful if swallowed. Recommended for ages 14+.
